Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
